Lodge Cooks

As well as being a leading wholesale supplier to a number of the best hotels and restaurants, including three michelin starred chefs around Scotland, Ochil Foods also supply a number of top class highland lodges, such as the Tulchan and Pitcastle Estates, and have a number of seasoned (and novice) lodge cooks on our books.

 

We offer a bespoke service to the lodge cook, with the very friendly and experienced Annie and Pam in the office, who can help talk you through your requirements for the week, from quantities to menu suggestions.

 

Our product list covers almost every high quality speciality product you can think of, and with enough warning we can source almost anything you want. This includes all varieties of Fresh Fish (Sea Fish, Shell Fish and Fresh Water Fish, Smoked Fish), Beef, Lamb, Pork , Venison, Game, Poultry, Cooked Hams, Bacon, Cheeses, Fruit, dried speciality goods, Oils, Vinegars etc...

 

Ochil Foods are ideally located, by the A9 just south of Perth, for the lodge cook heading North for a week’s cooking.  Your order is all packed into cool boxes and ready for pick up on your way. We will have you back on the A9 in less than 5 minutes (unless you’re the chatty type!!). No more madly rushing round the aisles of supermarkets, last minute stops to expensive (unnamed!) shops on the A9. We have all your needs neatly packed for your arrival, at wholesale prices”.
